Business Administrator

Job duties

Manage team requests
Monitor projects process and match it with Project plans
Log revenue, resource utilization, and cost sheets
arrange meeting and group requests
create new vendor, customers and manage invoices
arrange with services team for a payment schedule
monitor customer requests and licenses expiration
follow up internally for a customer support case
arranging RFPs pre-requisites and coordinate between the team to submit on time
Manage all office day to day activity and GM requests

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Administration or related field.
minimum of 1 year of experience.
computer skills
good knowledge in Microsoft office product (Excel – Word – Powerpoint)
creative and have the curiosity to improve internal process
